Ineffable Ontological Detanglement .: Introspective Assistance & Mental Analysis Manual
Repressed memories are capable of causing severe error correction failure, the more repressed memories and false memories build, the more repressed thoughts come with it, the more likely you are to begin predicting a world that is false, who knows you may even start hallucinating. Cognitive functioning level three generally performs an override, memories repress in the manner that maintains your grip on the world you still know, when for a moment this grip is lost, you'll just blur and repress the memory in order to maintain your grip on reality.
The underlying emotional hostility of the world inside of you that becomes projected onto the world outside of you at cognitive functioning level three is basically ignored, unless of course you are in the midst of feminine problems or children at school with ego investment problems.
However, this is still sorting and organizing your semi-conscious processes, so, even if you feel your grip is entirely maintained and you see reality for it is, which you do, which you do, even when you're PMS-ing you're still right you're cognitive functioning level three... Your thinking is not everything it could be. Whatever schizo pattern recognition condition you happen to have will falter at every level, your attentional structure will operate improperly, your behavior and self model is not as chillaxed hippie as it could be, even if you feel you're already pretty damn chillaxed hippie.
Short and sweet comments will come out of a repressed memory process. In the midst of you or somebody else discovering your repressed memory cover up line in a semi-conscious state you think either oh I know what that means quite comfortably, or quite uncomfortably, the more uncomfortable they are the harder they are repressed, then the memory of you discovering it and saying this is repressed and the memory of the person's reaction is repressed and an understanding is eventually established that there's nothing the other person can say that can touch this, their brain automatically tells them not to look at anything that could trigger it. About half the time they will also repress this conversation. Doesn't matter if the person obviously wants out of this repressed memory and would have no problem dealing with it, that's the system.
Repressed memories will do one of two things to your sleep, make it difficult to attain and keep you slightly elevated awake which means you need to find them or knock you right the fuck down and out immediately and keep you there forever which means you're done you're never going to find them. You're on a line, you have a thought blocking mechanism that holds you awake, you can trigger it with psychedelics or sleep deprivation, you can see the line, think to yourself "I believe what I need to scan for here is memories of child rape... Memories of childhood street violence... Memories of war in childhood..." You try to pull on it, eventually you'll feel a release and a flash, you try your best to hold onto it however in some cases you may lose it for a moment, you'll have to sit on it and think about it and eventually you'll get it back. If you can't do it, EMDR is your best bet. EMDR on a psychedelic, if you're brave enough and skilled enough, is probably the cleanest method however it is generally unecessary if you're good enough with psychedelics.
Once you've triggered the initial ones, you'll see you have a lot of repressed thoughts around it, you have a lot of repressed memories that came afterwards relating to it or connecting to it due to a different set of repressed memories that then cuts off a big random chunk of other memories that you should have no reason to repress.
The man from this story who I unconsciously let have a very excellent joke, was once talking about how he has this incredibly rare condition, it causes him to only ever sleep about four to six hours a night however he's right out, sleeps perfect, probably more well rested than any of you people. This condition is actually ideal, this condition is called no repressed memories. Without repressed memories, the limit of this sleep becoming useless as far as mind and body charging goes, five hours, is shifted to three hours, you achieve REM sleep much faster. You will not do any tossing and turning, waking up in the middle of the night, taking more than twenty minutes to fall asleep, the most you'll ever need is seven or eight hours but you're perfectly good with five or six.
The societal standard of old people going to bed early, sleeping shit, waking up early, it has more to do with a life of repressed memory build than ancient farmer logic. No, father, my grandfather did not have the knock you right the fuck out one, remember, take some of my old medication to get me to sleep? Remember? Heroin.
You've deleted the line, however you probably still have repressed memories back there, you're better off hunting for them you'll feel all the more comfortable in your mind and body you'll sleep ever better.
